To strengthen our ‘Online Banking’ team, we are looking for a digitization project manager.
Vos missions
Within the “Universal Banking Experience” department, you will join the “Online Banking” team which consists of 10 people. We are creating digital solutions for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Project Management: Collaboration and independent management of online banking and banking app projects (Project planning, requirement definition, specification review, stakeholder management, etc.)
- Strategy & Innovation: Conceptual involvement in strategic projects and digital trends (Market, competitors)
- Quality assurance: Test concept, execution of tests, defect management, user studies and UX testing
- Collaboration: Close coordination with international and national IT units, product departments, UX designers, customer-centric teams and several other back office units

Ce que nous allons aimer chez vous
- Ongoing or completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital services/ applications and UX topics, as well as digital transformation
- First practical experience (internships, part-time jobs) – experience in the digital/online sector is a plus
- Quick comprehension, self-driven and goal-oriented work style, strong numerical skills, as well as analytical and conceptual abilities
- Good English and German language skills (written and spoken); proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
